Orders & Shipping
At this time, we can only accept orders that are shipped within the United States. All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. You will receive an order-confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system (this may take up to 15 minutes). Most orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Any orders that are shipped via UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® delivery will be processed the same day if received by 1:00pm Eastern Time.
If an online order needs to be changed or cancelled, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us as soon as possible after the order has been placed via phone at 833-617-7333. We are available Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST, excluding holidays.
MMXV currently offers free standard shipping via UPS for all orders in the contiguous United States and typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery. Ground shipments delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories are typically delivered within 7-15 business days. For faster delivery, select Next Day or Two Day Air services. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment-confirmation email that includes the shipping tracking number for your package.
Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature.
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, please send back the unopened item, in its original packaging, within 30 days upon your receipt.
An MMXV return form is included in all product orders. Please complete the form in its entirety and address your package to:

If the return form is missing from your shipment, please email email@example.com for a replacement.
We recommend all returns are sent via an insured, trackable method in case of loss during shipping. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. A credit or refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus original shipping costs. Please allow up to 14 business days after we have received and processed your returned order at our warehouse in order for your refund to be issued.
